This was an amazing experience. I can’t say enough about the beautiful views and the terrific guide, Harley. We got to see and swim in 3 waterfalls. After the hike we enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal. It was a perfect day. I would definitely do it again and I hope to be back someday soon.

I can’t say enough good about this place! Harley and Oli are making a section of their beautiful paradise accessible to us! Harley and Oli made me feel so comfortable as a solo traveler. From communication prior to pick up all the way through the trip, I felt like my experience was the number one concern. I felt safe while doing hands down, my absolute favorite trip/excursion in Costa Rica! Whether you like doing “tourist” things or not, this is the perfect excursion for all ages!

This place is absolutely magical and we love it . It is a true jungle tropical paradise! And the guides are very kind and helpful . Take a special trip to Quepos & add this adventure to your "must do" list. Harley & Leiner are excellent guides and they are a great example of Pura Vida! This tour is on private land and both guides are going to ensure you have the most relaxing & rejuvenating experience. The hiking is minimal & I would describe it as easy to moderate. During the hike we stopped for a snack of THE BEST pineapple! Be sure to bring or wear water shoes (bonus if you can also hike in them) your swimsuit, water bottle & phone/camera. There are restrooms & showers available. Be sure to bring a towel, a change of clothes & shoes for after the hike. You will also have a delicious typical Tico meal after your hike.

We had a wonderful waterfall hike with Harley. Very knowledgeable about the plants and animals we came across. Although the tour was amazing, the lunch provided afterwards was beyond description. Oliver made us a typical Tico lunch that was out of this world.

A local group of us had the pleasure to discover and hike this fantastic property. We felt very safe on the trails (well maintained) and the waterfalls were very cool. Lots of opportunities to swim and cool off. The guides were fantastic and very knowledgeable about the area. About halfway through we stopped and they provided delicious fruit. If you’re a local or tourist put this one on your list! We will definitely be going back.

The best day we've had in Costa Rica was the day we hiked Joy de Damas with Harley and Leiner. The tour itself is amazing with it's breathtaking views and beautiful waterfalls in which, you can swim. The cool water in the waterfalls and creeks are a refreshing reward for the hike itself. We had delicious, fresh fruit, cut and served to us just when we needed a boost for the rest of this adventure. In the more precarious parts of the hike, we were offered the reassuring help in the hand of Leiner, guiding us across a slippery waterfall. I felt completely safe knowing that he knew this area better than anybody, having grown up here and his ancestors practically started this town and built it from nothing. I can go on and on about the beauty of the hike but I must say, Harley and Leiner truly love the land and want to share it with people who feel the same. They fully appreciate the beauty and not only want others to take in this lush, scenic wonder but immerse themselves in it. We came away from this hike feeling like we made friends. I highly recommend this tour, you will not be disappointed. I'm sure we will do it again for the stunning sights and the company of exceptional people.
